Health and Wellbeing day's
Health and well being day will be taking place in Rassau on the 22nd February and in Garnlydan on 2nd March 2010, lots of activites, massages and healthy tasters to try, come along and find a healthy new you.
Digital Switch Over
Due to the snow, the digital switchover session had been prosponed in Rhos y Fedwen, but has been re arranged for Friday 5th February. Information session on the digital switch over.
Street Cheer
Street cheer has now come to Garnlydan, is for 11-16 year old's running every Wednesday from 4.30pm - 5.30pm in Garnlydan O.A.P. Hall. This new and exciting activity has a mixture of street dance with chants and cheers, come along and learn something new.
